This policy describes how Vellum("we", "our", "us") collects and handles personal information when you visit our website or interact with our café and roastery operations. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

• Contact details you provide voluntarily (name, email, phone) when you email us about wholesale, events, or general enquiries
• Payment information processed by our point-of-sale provider (we do not store card numbers)
• Aggregated, anonymous website analytics: pages visited, device type, referral source

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, fulfil orders, and keep wholesale partners updated on standing orders and lot rotations. We never sell personal information to third parties.

Email correspondence is retained for two years. Wholesale account records are kept for the duration of the partnership and seven years after closure for tax compliance. Anonymous analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
